Landlord's Certificate

As a Landlord you have a legal responsibility to arrange for an Annual Gas Safety Check to be carried out on your property every 12 months by a Gas Safe Registered engineer.

You must keep the resulting CP12 Gas Safety Certificate for a period of 2 years and issue a copy to each existing tenant within 28 days of the check being completed and issue a copy to any new tenants before they move in.

Combined Annual Gas Boiler Service and Safety Certificate - only £100 (saving £25)

By arranging to have your Annual Gas Boiler Service completed at the same time as your Landlord's Gas Safety Inspection you can save £25 against the separate price of £125, offering a considerable saving.
